1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or approved partners. To confirm your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the adventure start date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

• Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers.
• Currency: All prices are listed and processed in USD.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and issuance of a confirmation email from Frandolixumetra.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@frandolixumetra.org. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notification.

• 90+ Days Prior: Full refund minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
• 60-89 Days Prior: 50% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 30-59 Days Prior: 25% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 30 Days Prior: No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Frandolixumetra:

In the rare event Frandolixumetra must cancel a trip (e.g., due to extreme weather, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as non-refundable flights or other travel expenses.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical condition for the chosen activity and possess the necessary equipment as specified in the trip brief. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or necessary medications to Frandolixumetra prior to departure.

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in our adventures inherently involves certain risks, including but not limited to, those caused by physical exertion, wild animals, natural disasters, or remote locations. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Health and Safety: Frandolixumetra reserves the right to decline participation or remove any participant from an expedition if their health or behavior jeopardizes the safety or well-being of themselves or the group.
• Compliance: Participants must adhere to the instructions of Frandolixumetra guides at all times.

4. Liability Waiver

Prior to participating in any Frandolixumetra expedition, all participants will be required to sign a comprehensive Liability Waiver and Release Form. This document outlines the inherent risks of adventure travel and releases Frandolixumetra, its employees, and guides from liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss incurred during the trip. Failure to sign this waiver will result in forfeiture of your booking without refund.

5. Itinerary Changes by Frandolixumetra

Frandolixumetra reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, trail closures, natural disasters, political instability, or other factors affecting the safety or feasibility of the trip. While we strive to adhere to published itineraries, the safety of our participants is our paramount concern.

• Minor Adjustments: Minor changes, such as route variations, accommodation changes, or timing alterations, may occur without prior notice and do not constitute grounds for refund.
• Significant Changes: In the event of a significant change to a major component of the trip (e.g., change of destination or duration), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a partial refund, at our discretion.
