Our trips range from relaxed scenic walks suitable for most fitness levels to challenging multi-day treks requiring good cardiovascular health. Each trip description clearly outlines the physical demands, and we're happy to discuss specific concerns during your consultation.

For most multi-day trips, essential group gear like tents, cooking equipment, and safety supplies are provided. We also offer options for renting personal gear. All meals on multi-day expeditions and snacks/drinks on day trips are included, prepared with dietary needs in mind.

We understand plans change. Our standard policy allows full refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior to the trip start, and a 50% refund for cancellations between 15-29 days. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for details on our website.

Absolutely! Many of our adventurers join as solo travelers, finding our group expeditions an incredible way to meet like-minded individuals and forge new friendships while exploring. We foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Safety is our paramount concern. All Frandolixumetra guides are certified Wilderness First Responders (WFR) or higher, equipped with satellite communication devices, and meticulously trained in risk assessment and emergency protocols. We also maintain small group sizes for optimal attention.
